Terms of Service

1. What Flippy does

Flippy is an AI assistant that you connect to your website. It can answer visitor questions, capture leads, take orders, send notifications, and perform actions you explicitly authorize. Flippy is a tool — you are responsible for what you ask it to do and for reviewing its output.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to use Rent A Bot. Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Your content & your site

You own the content you upload and the website you connect. You give us permission to process it so Flippy can do its job. You promise that you have the right to connect the site you connect, and that your content is legal and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flippy to:

• Break the law or facilitate anyone else doing so.
• Send spam, scams, harassment, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors.
• Impersonate someone else or make false claims.
• Attack, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the service or its limits.

5. AI output disclaimer

Flippy uses AI models. AI can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or produce unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing what Flippy says or does on your behalf. Don't rely on Flippy for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice. Always confirm important things (orders, prices, bookings) with a human before acting.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in South African Rand. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 7. Service availability

We work hard to keep Flippy running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rent A Bot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll let you know via the dashboard or email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
